This brownie batter dip is easy to stir together in one bowl, rich, gooey and packed with tons of chocolate flavor! Make it whenever you’re craving something chocolatey but don’t have time to bake! It can be served right away or chilled and served later. Gluten-free, sugar free, keto friendly, and has a vegan option.
1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips, or chocolate chips of your choice
1/4 cup unsalted butter or coconut oil, softened
1/3 cup powdered monk fruit
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup almond flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup almond milk
Optional: 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Start by melting your chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, in 30 second increments and stirring in between until fully melted.
Whisk your melted chocolate chips and butter together until nice and smooth.
Mix in your powdered monk fruit, vanilla extract, almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt until well incorporated.
Mix in your almond milk, use a little more if you would like a more loose texture and enjoy!
