A healthy low calorie dessert that is great for all ages! This Strawberry Jello Parfait is a real crowd pleaser and very easy to make, perfect for you and your loved ones!
- Prepare your jello according to package instructions (expect putting in the fridge). Divide in half.
- Using one half, fill four glass jars or glass of choosing evenly with your jello (mine were half full each), and set in the fridge. If you would like a diagonal parfait, allow jello to set at an angle in your fridge.
- While that is setting, whisk the other half of your jello with your sugar free whipped cream and set aside.
- Once your jello is set, dice your strawberries and place them on top of your set jello cups, and top with your jello whipped cream mix. Set in the fridge until ready to eat and enjoy!
