This recipe is seriously so easy to make and you can have it whipped up in just ten minutes, then all you have to do is place it in your fridge until you ready for some fresh, homemade Blueberry Jam! What makes this recipe so great you ask? Well, let me tell you! Not only is it only three ingredients, but each serving comes in at just 29 calories, only five grams of naturally occurring sugar, and only six grams on net carbs! Woohoo! It does get any better than this! I had leftover blueberries just sitting in my fridge from my White Chocolate Blueberry Scone recipe and I just knew I had to whip something up with them. I don't really enjoy just eating blueberries on their own and I could not have this amazing fresh fruit go to waste - so of course I whipped up some super easy jam with it!

How amazing does this jam look?! I can't get enough of it - which is really saying something because blueberries have never been my favorite fruit. I could eat so much toast if this jam is on it! Simple and easy blueberry jam, the delicious flavor of the blueberries takes center stage with this 3 ingredient jam recipe. There is no added sugar in this blueberry jam and it is keto friendly and vegan!



  • 1 pound fresh blueberries
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup stevia or monk fruit


  1. In a saucepan over medium-high heat stir your blueberries and lemon juice
  2. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. As your blueberries start to break down you can use a wooden spoon or masher to make your blueberry chunks smaller if desired.
  3. Now, add in your sweetener and stir until combined and it has dissolved.
  4. Carefully pour your jam into a glass jar to store in the fridge - don't worry it will start to thicken into a jam like consistency as it cools. Enjoy!
