This brownie batter dip is easy to stir together in one bowl, rich, gooey and packed with tons of chocolate flavor! Make it whenever you’re craving something chocolatey but don’t have time to bake! It can be served right away or chilled and served later. Gluten-free, sugar free, keto friendly, and has a vegan option. This recipe tastes amazing as a spoonful all on its own, or you can use it as a dip for anything you would like from cookies, to graham crackers, to fruit, and a special Halloween recipe coming at you this Friday!

This recipe is incredibly easy to whip up in no time at all - just 10 minutes and one bowl! You know I love an easy clean up! I seriously can't get enough of this dip - it tastes absolutely delicious on its own and with some of my favorite fruits like bananas and strawberries! What makes this recipe even better? Each serving comes in at just 109 calories, ONLY 5 grams of net carbs!!!! And less than one gram of naturally occurring sugar - does it get any better than that for a BROWNIE dip!? Nope, it really doesn't so make sure you enjoy this recipe to it's fullest! This recipe is perfect for when you need something chocolatey, bring to a brunch or potluck, you can even spoil your coworkers and bring it in for them! This recipe is a real crowd pleaser plus it is kid and adult approved!

Healthy Sugar Free Brownie Batter Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips, or chocolate chips of your choice
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter or coconut oil, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered monk fruit
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • Optional: 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Start by melting your chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, in 30 second increments and stirring in between until fully melted.
  2. Whisk your melted chocolate chips and butter together until nice and smooth.
  3. Mix in your powdered monk fruit, vanilla extract, almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt until well incorporated.
  4. Mix in your almond milk, use a little more if you would like a more loose texture and enjoy!
