Mix it in with your popcorn for a sweet & salty snack, add them to a salad, give as a gift, add to your ice cream - or eat them completely on their own, you really can’t go wrong! Even chop them up and add them to some of your other baking.

  • 2.5 cups raw pecans
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup monk fruit
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

How to make keto candied pecans:

  1. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. (You’ll transfer the nuts to the parchment paper to cool)
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, add the water, monk fruit, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Once combined and bubbling, add the pecans and stir until all the pecans are coated in the candy mixture.
  4. gently stir until the candy mixture begins to bubble again.
  5. Let the pecans cook in the candy mixture for 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally to evenly coat the nuts and prevent sticking.
  6. Carefully transfer your candied pecans to the parchment paper to cool for about 45 minutes. Make sure the nuts are spread out in a single layer. Enjoy!
