The easiest and yummiest dessert ever! Easy Keto Strawberries And Cream Dessert comes together in less than 10 minutes and always hits the spot!

Perfect desserts for the summer include banana pudding and no bake strawberry pie. Of course, this strawberries and whipped cream dessert is one of my ultimate favorite desserts because it is SO delicious and SO easy to whip up whenever you want to! This easy dessert pairs perfectly with some keto baileys and is sure to impress any person!

Ingredients in strawberries and whipped cream:

  • 1 cup whipping cream *for dairy free see FAQ's
  • 4 tbs powdered monk fruit
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • optional: 2 tbs granulated monk fruit

How to make keto strawberries and cream:

  1. Cut the stems off your strawberries and then cut your strawberries into quarters.
  2. Optional: cover your strawberries in 2 tbs of monk fruit and set aside for the monk fruit to melt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, or bowl of a stand mixer whip your cream, powdered monk fruit, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. In a serving dish of your choice, layer your strawberries and whipped cream. Serve immediately and enjoy!
