These healthy fudgesicles are absolutely amazing with some homemade vanilla extract but I am also craving this low carb sugar free banana pudding cheesecake. Of course these fudgesicles are my number one priority on a gorgeous summers day and will keep me going until the weekend! Literally though, all I can think about right now is sitting with my dog in my backyard enjoying a fudgesicle and enjoying the sun. Don't get me wrong, I love a fudgesicle throughout the entire year but there is something about a summer fudgesicle that just hits different. Okay.... I have to go sit in my backyard now!
I like something creamy like full fat coconut milk but you can also use heavy cream, almond milk, or soy milk.
Anything made is silicone is awesome because your popsicle will be very easy to remove from the mold.
