Frequently asked questions

What sweeteners are best?

I prefer monk fruit or swerve. Stevia works well too!

Can I use regular sugar?

You bet! Just keep in mine that this cake will no longer be keto/low carb or (obviously) sugar free.

What is a keto chocolate cake made of?

This moist and delicious chocolate cake is made with almond flour, sweetener, and cocoa powder!

I want a two layer cake, can half of my batter sit ready while the other half bakes?

If you want a double (or triple) layer cake but only have one 7 inch pan, your batter should be just fine sitting and waiting for the other cake to bake.
