INGREDIENTS YOU NEED

  • 1 cup smooth natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar free sweetener of choice (I used swerve)
  • 1 large egg

Instructions To Make Keto Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together your peanut butter, sweetener, and egg until very well combined.
  3. Scoop out a tbs of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the cookie balls onto your prepared baking sheet.
  4. Flatten your peanut butter cookie balls by pressing a fork down on top of them, then press it down again make a criss-cross pattern.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are JUST starting to brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before removing them from baking sheet, enjoy!

  • 1 large egg
