  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together your peanut butter, butter, brown sugar replacement, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add in your oats, baking soda, and cinnamon and mix together until well incorporated.
  4. Now mix in your chocolate chip and candy coated chocolate until everything is mixed together.
  5. Using a large cookie scoop, place your cookie dough on your prepared baking sheet and slightly flatten – they won’t spread much in the oven.
  6. Bake for 10-13 minutes and allow to cool on your baking sheet for at least 5 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack to cool completely and enjoy!

  3. I am anxious to try but wonder how they are sugar free with brown sugar in the ingredients? Was the brown sugar included in the sugar/carb count? I want to make as hubby is recently diagnosed as diabetic and I’m gluten free!
