These Orange Cookies are the perfect summer treat and you won’t believe just how healthy they are! I think oranges are the perfect pick me up and sunny day treat – they are the perfect amount of sweetness and they hold a lot of juice! Ok, so you are going to need to allow these cookies to cool for at least five or six minutes before you move them to your cooling rack, they come on out of the oven too soft to move – but don’t worry because they firm up while they cool. These Orange Cookies have the perfect soft cookie texture with a blast of orange flavor that I love!
